Lovely and unusual porcelain enamel sign with an umbrella. Usually, these signs were manufactured as work safety signs in factories, laboratories, mines, and other places where were necessary. They come in different sizes, shapes, and symbols. This one was used as a "Keep out of the rain" or "keep dry" instruction. It is a pretty rare model that can now be used as a thoughtful decoration.
The sign is made of tin metal coated with porcelain enamel black and yellow paint. It was made in the 70s in Communist Bulgaria. It is in superb condition, with no traces of usage. Truly a beautiful piece, suitable for decoration or as part of a collection. All the sides are 40 cm.
