This is an authentic vintage Bulgarian water bucket (vedro) from the 40's or even older. In the past women were send to the wells with two of these buckets and a balance stick (kobilica) to collect water.
The piece is in amazing condition. It is a handmade item created by craftsmen back in the day. It has two metal rings and a handle. Absolutely wonderful genuine vintage piece suitable for farmhouse style and garden decoration.
The tub is 26 cm high without the extended handle, 30 cm wide at its top, and 38 cm wide at the bottom. It weighs 5.8 kg.
