This is a rare and beautifully preserved vintage optician’s lens cabinet, manufactured by Oculus, a respected name in optical instruments. Originally used in an optometry practice or eyewear shop, this cabinet was designed to store and organize trial lenses for vision testing.

The cabinet features a curved tambour-style front that slides open to reveal six wooden compartments with precision-cut slots for lenses. Each section includes original printed optical scales, helping opticians quickly identify and select the correct lenses. The exterior is painted in a classic deep green, and the original Oculus logo is still visible on the front panel.
