Vintage Bulgarian Copper Cooking Pot

A beautiful vintage Bulgarian cooking pot, traditionally used for open-fire cooking, carrying water, or preparing stews.
This authentic vessel was handmade from copper and later tinned, a common technique that made it both durable and safe for cooking. Over the years, it has developed a gorgeous aged patina with visible hammer marks and traces of everyday use.

The pot features a wide flared body, a solid iron handle with ornate detailing, and a sturdy rim with riveted joints. Its shape and craftsmanship are typical of 19th–early 20th-century Balkan household cookware — functional, rustic, and built to last.

Today, this pot makes a stunning decorative accent for a farmhouse kitchen, rustic garden, or vintage interior. It can also be repurposed as a planter, firewood holder, or centerpiece with incredible historical charm.
