Antique German Porcelain Figurine

A beautiful antique German porcelain figurine depicting a courting couple in elegant Rococo dress. The piece is richly hand-painted in vibrant colours, with lovely details on the clothing, faces, and small dog at their feet. The underside bears a blue under-glaze crossed-swords mark, a symbol historically associated with Meissen porcelain and later used by several high-quality German porcelain makers.

Although we are not offering it as authenticated Meissen, the mark, modelling style, and hand-painting all indicate German production from the late 19th to early 20th century. It is a charming decorative piece and a fine example of traditional European porcelain craftsmanship.

Good vintage condition with age-appropriate wear. The colours remain vivid and the modelling is well preserved.
