Vintage Belgian Enamel Advertising Sign – Chicorée Trappistes Vincart

A striking and authentic Belgian enamel advertising sign promoting "Chicorée Trappistes Vincart", a well-known Belgian chicory coffee substitute brand. Produced in Brussels and marked along the lower edge with "T.P. Bruxelles" and the year 1933, this beautiful enamel sign is a genuine piece of Belgian commercial history.

The sign features a bold Art Deco-inspired design with white lettering on a deep cobalt blue background. Its strong typography and vibrant enamel finish make it a highly decorative piece for industrial interiors, cafés, restaurants, kitchens, or collections of European advertising memorabilia.

Belgium has a long tradition of chicory production, and brands such as Vincart distributed collectable albums and promotional materials during the early 20th century, making surviving enamel signs from this period increasingly desirable among collectors. The "Trappistes Vincart" name appears on Belgian promotional publications and advertising from the interwar period.

The sign remains in good vintage condition with attractive age-related wear, small enamel losses, and oxidation around the mounting holes and edges, all consistent with decades of outdoor use. The colours remain vivid, and the lettering is crisp and highly legible.
