Vintage Hungarian Wall Cabinet with Mirror, Painted Wooden Medicine Cabinet

Charming vintage Hungarian wooden wall cabinet with an original mirrored door, full of authentic age and character.

The cabinet is made of wood and finished in an old cream/off-white paint. The front has a large rectangular mirror, a hinged door, and its original lock/key mechanism. The heavily worn paint, exposed wood, scratches and small chips give the piece a beautiful, untouched rustic appearance.

Inside, the cabinet offers useful storage space. There are wooden supports along the sides where shelves were originally positioned; the shelves themselves are no longer present. Two openings in the back panel allow the cabinet to be mounted on a wall.

A wonderful piece for a bathroom, kitchen, hallway or bedroom, particularly in a farmhouse, rustic, industrial or wabi-sabi interior. It could also work beautifully as a small vintage medicine cabinet or display cupboard.
