Vintage Bulgarian Anatomical School Poster – Human Skeleton – 1981

A striking vintage Bulgarian anatomical school poster illustrating the human skeleton, originally produced as an educational teaching aid for classrooms and medical or biology instruction.

The poster shows a detailed side view of the complete human skeleton, printed on a very large vertical format. The Bulgarian title at the top reads „Скелет на човек“ – “Human Skeleton.”
According to the original printed information at the bottom, the chart was approved as an educational teaching aid and produced in Sofia in 1981 by KIPP Cartography. The credited author is St. Kryakov, with artwork by P. Ivanov and D. Kovachev.

The poster retains its original upper and lower hanging rails, making it ready to display. At an impressive 180 cm / 70.9 in high, it creates a dramatic statement on a wall and works beautifully as scientific, medical, educational or eclectic interior decor.

Condition
The poster is in good authentic vintage condition with normal traces of age, storage and classroom use. There are wrinkles and creases to the paper, small stains and discoloration, minor edge wear and other age-related marks visible throughout. These signs of use are consistent with an original educational chart more than 40 years old and contribute to its character.
