A beautiful and substantial vintage French ceramic vase, marked La Croix d'Osseau – PYRENEA on the underside.
This impressive piece features a wonderful dark green and charcoal-grey mottled glaze, creating a rich, almost stone-like appearance. The glossy surface has a distinctive speckled pattern, with subtle variations in color throughout.
The vase has an elegant classical silhouette, with a wide flared opening, a gently tapered body, a rounded lower section, and a sturdy circular foot.
Its heavy construction and beautifully textured glaze give it a strong architectural presence, making it a wonderful decorative piece for both traditional and modern interiors.
