A beautiful large vintage apothecary porcelain mortar and pestle. A very solid and heavy piece made in the 60s or earlier. The mortar was used for mixing and grinding herbs and medicine. It is a lovely vintage decorative piece and especially wonderful as kitchen decor. It is in exceptionally good condition with no cracks or chips. Just beautiful!
The mortar is 18 cm in diameter and 7 cm high. The pestle is 15,5 cm long.
